How we work

In our coaching work, I combine conscious and unconscious approaches because lasting change has never been purely intellectual in my own experience. Insight alone is rarely enough. True transformation happens when the mind understands and the subconscious finally lets go.

On a conscious level, we work with clarity, language, and behavior. We define what you truly want, uncover limiting thought patterns, and build practical strategies that support your daily life. This part of the work creates direction, structure, and accountability.

At a deeper level, we work with the unconscious using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as taught by Marisa Peer. This allows us to access the root causes of emotional blocks, self-doubt, and self-sabotage often formed long before we were aware of them. When these beliefs are addressed at their source, change feels natural rather than forced.

Our approach is about alignment: when conscious intention and unconscious belief work together, confidence strengthens, self-worth stabilizes, and growth becomes sustainable - personally and professionally.

What if I am working full-time during the week?

We offer a flexible approach and adapt to your individual scheduling requirements. When commissioned by an organization, coaching can be delivered on site at your premises.
