I know exactly what it's like to feel stuck or discontent. Or simply realising that the current concept of life - job, partner or children - needs to be renewed.
When I lived in Thailand with two little girls - in an unhappy marriage - I made the most difficult decision to leave everything behind and start a new life as a single mother back in Europe.
It was tough, but this challenging time was when I experienced my most profound transformation and personal growth.
I found my new passion in hypnotherapy and coaching - which led me to now helping people find the clarity and guidance that I would have liked to have at the time.
So here I am!
